Invoices Overview
As its name implies, the Invoice module allows you to create invoices that can be printed out and given to a client/prospective client.
Once created, an Invoice has three possible states. It can be either "Open", "Paid", or "Void". As long as an Invoice's state remains "Open", it can continue to be modified. You can add items, determine quantity, add discounts, modify descriptions, and add comments to items associated with an Invoice.
Once you are satisfied that the Invoice has all required information, you can then Save, Print, or create a new Invoice. If you press the "New" button prior to saving your Invoice, you will be presented with a dialog box asking if you want to save before proceeding. If you decide not to save, all information on the Invoice screen will be cleared, allowing you to reenter whatever information you choose.
Once an Invoice has marked as "Paid", it can no longer be edited or changed. The same is true if an Invoice is voided.
