At some point in your computing life, you realize the importance of backups and it is then that you start searching for a software that suits your needs and fits your budget. I also did the same, and found none that could serve my humble needs and fit my still humbler budget. So I decided to write a backup utility for myself. This program is a happy result of that effort. It is entirely written in Java programming language.
This program can be used to backup any files or folders on your disk to your desired destination in a compressed , well known "ZIP" format. In addition to several traditional features offered by most of the backup programs, this program incorporates a handful of new features, which you may find useful.
Although the program has been tested on variety of platforms and a number of times, there may still be some unknown bug. If you find anything annoying, or if you think something else needs to incorporated in this program, please do contact me.
