Terms and Conditions

  1. All copyrights to JPEG Viewer (the "Software") are reserved and owned by M.K.Ho (HMK409) (the "Author").
  2. You must agree the License Agreement (the "Agreement") before you can use the Software.
  3. The Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the Author for the Software identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, "online" or electronic documentation, and Internet-based services (the "Product").
  4. An amendment or addendum to this License may accompany the Product.
  5. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Product, you AGREE to be bound by all the terms of the Agreement.
  6. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Product; You may return it to your place of purchase for refund.
  7. For the Software License (the "License") type, please refer to the place you receive the Product.
  8. For some version of Software, part of the functions are enabled/disabled depends on the License type. Please refer to the Software for the details.
  9. For ONE license of Software, User may only USE the Software on ONE computer.
  10. For network environment, the number of licenses MUST NOT be less than the maximum possible amount of simultaneous users.
  11. The Software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in it's entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the Software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
  12. The unregistered trial version may be distributed freely as long as the package are distributed in their entirety.
  13. The Software may not be distributed on CD-ROM, disk, or other physical media for a fee without the permission of Author.
  14. The Software is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. Neither the Author nor the agents of the Author will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.
  15. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
  16. In the event of any dispute, Author reserves the right of final arbitration.
