The application menu is an always accessible menu that resides in the top right hand corner of the menu bar. By default, it is represented by the icon of the currently running application. It has a submenu of actions that can be performed, and a list of all applications and their windows that Illuminate knows about.
Basic Use:
Most of Illuminate's actions are available from the application menu. From the application menu, select the first menu item, Actions, to see all the functions available to you. These include Cycle Windows, Previous Window, Quick Switch, and Find Window.
The application menu lists all the applications, windows, and tabs that it knows about. To switch to an application or window, select the corresponding menu item from the application menu.
The icon used to represent the application menu can be changed in the General preference pane in the Preferences window. Uncheck the “Show current application icon” checkbox to instead show a grayscale Illuminate icon.
