
Creating payments
Payment information includes date, type, amount, and notes.
Payments are created from Invoices view. If you can't see your invoices, click the Invoices button or choose View > Invoices.
To create an payment:
- Click the Invoices button or choose View > Invoices.
- Click on the invoice you want to add a payment for.
- Click the Add (+) button and choose Add Payment...
- Type the text in the fields provided.
- Select a type from the Type pop-up button.
- Click the Add button.
